Collaborations

  • Parkwegkliniek Sommer works closely together with several other parties: for example, the microscopic examination of the skin and the blood analysis are executed by the Reinier de Graaf Hospital.
  • In the field of pelvic floor physiotherapy we enjoy a close collaboration with the Limburg network of acknowledged pelvic floor therapists.
  • Treatment of advanced stages of skin cancer takes place in collaboration with the head-neck team (multidisciplinary consultation of dermatology/KNO/jaw surgery/plastic surgery/radiotherapy) of the MUMC+.
  • More extensive varicose vein diagnostics and treatment is done in consultation with the MUMC+ cardiovascular centre.
  • Our urologists refer to the MUMC+ for additional MRI examination if necessary. There is a collaboration with the MUMC+ urology department, Professor van Koeveringe.
  • Collaboration between our gynaecologists and the MUMC+ has also been agreed upon in order to help patients quickly in case of referral.
