We try our very best to protect your personal information. We need your personal information to guarantee the quality of our services to you. Parkwegkliniek Sommer collects your personal information as you use our services and/or you provide this information to us. Parkwegkliniek Sommer uses the information it collects from its services for the following purposes:

Completion of your order and updating you on its status
Storage concerning the execution of the Agreement and publication
Taking measures to improve services and provide information or special offers.
Parkwegkliniek Sommer does not intend to collect information from people aged under 18. Therefore, we do not offer services to minors. We advise parents to be involved in online activities of their children, to prevent the collecting of their personal information without parental consent. If you are convinced that we collected personal information of the minor without parental consent, please contact us. We will delete that information.
We collect information about your activity in our online services, for example cookies. We use this information to paint a better picture of our customers and to develop our service and website and customize it to your personal preferences.
On the website, we use Google Analytics for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. Google can provide this information to third parties in case Google is legally obligated to do so, or in case third parties collect these on behalf of Google. We do not influence this process. We do not allow Google to use the collected data for other Google services. The information that Google collects, is analyzed as anonymously as possible. Your IP-address is definitely not provided.
Sharing on social media
On our website, we adapted buttons to be able to promote (“like”) or share (“tweet”) webpages on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. These buttons work by means of pieces of codes coming from Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn themselves, respectively. By means of this code, cookies are used. We can’t influence that. Please read Facebook’s-, Twitter’s-, Google’s- and LinkedIn’s privacy statements to find out what they use your (personal) information for.
With data transfer we use the so called SSL-security system (Secure Socket Layer) connected to a 128/256-Bit-lock. This technique offers the highest level of security and is therefore also used by banks for data protection during online banking. All payment methods we offer are extensively secured by the aforementioned system. In the status bar of your browser, you can see that your information is safely sent by a symbol of either a key or a locked lock.
Storage period information and access
From the moment you end our provision of services, we save some information according to the legal saving period. We erase information we do not need anymore. After the legal saving period, we destroy all information.
You have the right to see the information we have on you after you terminated our services to you. You can file a request for perusal, correction or deletion by means of our contact form. To make sure this request is filed by you personally, we ask you to attach a copy of your passport to your request. While doing this, we ask you to strike through your social security number and photo with a black marker, to protect your privacy. Parkwegkliniek Sommer will as soon as possible, but within four weeks, respond to your request.
Sharing with others
Parkwegkliniek Sommer provides your information to others only if necessary to: fulfill legal obligations or to fulfill our end of the contract with you.
Perusal and correction of information
You have the right to perusal or correction or removal of your personal information. For our contact information see our “contact” page. To prevent misuse, we ask you to properly identify yourself. In case of perusal in information coupled to a cookie, you are requested to attach a copy of the concerning cookie. You can find this in the settings of your browser.
