This is the privacy statement of Parkwegkliniek Sommer and its underlying labels. In this statement, we set out how we handle the personal data we obtain in our contact with you. Parkwegkliniek Sommer complies with the provisions of the AVG (General Data Protection Regulation).

We do our utmost to protect your data. We need personal data to guarantee our services to you. Parkwegkliniek Sommer processes these personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.
Parkway Clinic Sommer processes data for the following purposes:

• Providing and billing for our services;
• Sending our newsletters;
• Handling your order and informing you of its progress;
• Storage for the purpose of performance of the Agreement and publication;
• Taking measures to improve services and providing information or offers.

 

Minors
Parkway Clinic Sommer does not intend to collect data from persons under 18 years of age. We therefore also do not offer services to minors. We advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us. We will then delete this information.

 

Website visit data
We receive data based on your visit to our website. Examples include cookies. We use this data to get a better picture of our customers and to develop and adapt our services and website to your personal preferences.
On the site, we use Google Analytics to analyse the operation of the site and measure the performance of traffic sources. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or to the extent that third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Security
When transferring data, we use the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security system in connection with 128/256-Bit encryption. This technology offers the highest level of security and is therefore also used, for example, by banks for data security during online banking. All payment methods offered by us are comprehensively secured by the above-mentioned standard. The encrypted transmission of your data is indicated by the symbol of a key or closed lock in the status bar of your browser.

 

Data retention period and inspection
Once you end your service with us we will retain some data based on the legal retention period. We delete data that is no longer needed. After the legal retention period, we destroy all data.
You have the right to access the data we hold on you after you have terminated services with us. You can request access, correction or deletion through our contact form. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to attach a copy of your identity document to the request. We hereby request that this copy black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN). This is for the protection of your privacy. Parkwegkliniek Sommer will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

 

Sharing with others
Parkwegkliniek Sommer only provides third parties and only when necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

 

View and modify data
You have the right to request access to and correction or deletion of your data. For our data, please see our contact page. To prevent misuse, we may ask you to provide adequate identification. When it comes to access to personal data linked to a cookie, you must send a copy of the cookie in question. You can find this in the settings of your browser.
