Urinary incontinence

Urinary incontinence is a disease that whereby the control over the bladder is decreased or even lost. This can occur when the sphincter of the bladder does not function well anymore or when the signal of the urge to urinate does not come through well anymore.

Treatment

Urinary incontinence is very common amongst women. One of the four women above 30 struggles with urine loss in more or lesser sizes. However, many women see it as a taboo and because of that they do not get treatment. That is a shame, because there are treatment options.
