Alice Michels is a plastic surgeon in a broad sense. She deals with reconstructive, cosmetic surgery and also hand surgery. She underwent her training as a plastic surgeon at Maastricht University Hospital under the supervision of Prof. R. vd Hulst. Since 2010, she has been working as a plastic surgeon at the VieCuri hospital in Venlo. There, in addition to general plastic surgery, she focuses on facial reconstructions for defects caused by trauma or after removal of skin diseases.

Before starting her training as a plastic surgeon, she completed training as a Medical Biologist at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Barcelona.

She also performs aesthetic surgery with great passion. She has acquired extensive expertise in this, including at the Valkenhorst Clinic. Quality and safety are paramount.
